21-item measure of depression, anxiety, & stress with automated scoring
This app enables you to administer the 21-item version of the Depression Anxiety Stress Scale (DASS-21) within your telehealth call. The Depression Anxiety Stress Scale 21 is a self-report questionnaire designed to measure the negative emotional states of depression, anxiety, and stress.
The DASS-21 is the short-form version of the DASS42, designed by UNSW to assist in the diagnosis, monitoring, and screening of depression, anxiety, & stress. For more information about the DASS 21, visit the DASS-21 website or Lovibond, S.H. & Lovibond, P.F. (1995). Manual for the Depression Anxiety Stress Scales (2nd. Ed.). Sydney: Psychology Foundation.
This app is free for unlimited usage.
